- Full payment is required after sketch approval. Payment is accepted via PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
- If a payment plan is discussed beforehand, the commission will proceed in agreed stages, with payments due at each phase.
- If payment is not completed within 7 days of approval, the commission will be canceled, and all rights to the artwork will remain with me.Workflow
- I aim to complete all commissions within 3 weeks whenever possible.
- Delays may occur due to workload or personal circumstances. If so, I will always communicate updates.
- Timely communication is important; delays caused by lack of response from the client may affect completion time.Rush Fee
If you are impatient and prefer to have your commission done sooner, you can pay a $25 rush fee.
For example, if you are at the bottom of my waiting queue and don't want to wait, you will get moved to the top.Delivery
- Finished artwork will be delivered digitally via Trello, DMs, or Email.
- Any additional versions (transparent background, alternate colors, flat versions, etc.) must be requested before I begin your commission.Work-in-Progress (WIPs)
- By default, you will receive a sketch WIP for approval.
- Additional WIPs may be shared if needed, or if I have questions during the process.
- If you’d like more frequent updates, feel free to request them before or during your commission.Edits & Revisions
- Please request edits as early as possible. Changes to the lineart should be requested before the sketch is finished.
- Major changes requested later in the process may require an additional fee or be declined.
- Any mistakes on my part (missing markings, incorrect details from your reference) will always be fixed at no cost.
- Slight stylistic adjustments (such as minor color shifts or simplified details) may occur. Please let me know in advance if you prefer strict accuracy.Currency Conversion
- Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USDRefunds
- Refunds are not available for completed or near-completed commissions.
- A full refund will be issued if I am unable to complete your commission.
- Partial refunds may be offered if the commission is canceled early in the process.
- Refund amounts will be determined based on progress.Personal Use
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.Cancellations
- I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order, under the condition of a full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
- Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Seller will have the full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.I reserve the rights to the artwork, including the right to display your finished commission in my portfolio and on social media as examples. (If you would like me to withhold posting until a certain date, let me know.)
